Minted Cocoa Coffee Mix
1 1/2 C nondairy creamer
Combine all ingredients in large airtight container.
1 C sugar
1/2 C instant coffee granules
1/2 C cocoa
1 dash salt
1/2 tsp peppermint extr.
Use 2-3 T per mug boiling water.
May be garnished with whipped cream.
